Our service

We will try to do whatever you require, from small jobs, like the pergola and paving shown on this web site, through any size extension up to a whole detached house. We will also handle industrial and commercial work.

References can be provided and advice is free...we will be happy to visit you and discuss your needs and ideas and offer advice without obligation. All work is guaranteed.

We will always give a quotation for the work, but in cases where details are not firm, or finalised, we may be able to give an estimate. We will always give a quotation before work actually starts.

If necessary, we can assist you with architects, or other design and planning services, consultants, planning permission and getting building regulations approval.

Payment is usually required in stages, and details will be fully confirmed in writing in the quotation.

A firm date is usually given for commencement of the work and we will do our best to keep workmen on the site every day. If we do need to pause, you will be kept fully informed of the reasons.  If there are any unforseen problems after work starts, we will discuss and agree with you the best way of dealing with them, and any price adjustments, before starting work on the solution. We will do our best to finish on time, and will always clear up completely when the job is finished.
